HOA Management: When you become a part of the Cedar community, your association will be assigned a Senior Certified HOA Manager who reviews all of your action lists, meeting minutes, and reports. And in any event that your community manager is not available, you’re assigned Senior Manager who will be there to handle all HOA management matters.
Accounting: Cedar Management Group can handle each aspect of HOA management financial reporting and accounting by using the best approved accounting principles. We fully understand the importance of accurate and consistent reporting of an association’s financial status. Each HOA’s financial statements are generated each month and sent immediately to directors by email.
We also handle drafting of budget (with the approval of your board) and keep board members up-to-date on changes due to interest rates. Financial training, which includes reading financial reports, is also something we offer board members.
Maintenance: We create a personal HOA profile for each community we manage, which allows our maintenance coordinators to know which vendors are preferred by your association when any maintenance issues arise. In addition, our trained coordinators are always available to monitor projects, address problems, and process work orders for maintenance requests at your properties. This work order report can then be available for review by your board of directors in the monthly management report at meetings.
