Condominium Community Management
Each member of our Community Support Team is fully trained and qualified in handling the day-to-day tasks of managing an association, such as emails and phone calls from property owners and other administrative duties.
Our maintenance staff is able to monitor work orders as they come in with our high-end tracking system. Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency situation. And we are prepared to work with your association’s preferred vendors, which we will note in your personal community profile.
Cedar staff also perform regular landscape walks and property inspections to ensure all properties are following the Rules and Regulations and CC&R’s of your association through violation monitoring.
We make it easy for homeowners to pay their dues through either Automatic Clearing House (ACH Draft) or online or credit card payments through HOA Vine. In the event of late assessment payments, we will strictly follow your board’s policies for dealing with them.
Our fully trained accounting team will handle financial aspects of your community, along with closing documents and unit sales. We understand the crucial importance of accurate and timely reporting and can help your condominium association stay on track through monthly statements that are sent directly to your board of directors by email.
Any successful condominium association will have a long-term plan for their reserve fund. Cedar can help your board with the planning process so that you are always prepared for future repairs and replacements and all financial aspects surrounding them. If you don’t have a current plan, Cedar Management Group will help you with the development, planning, and maintenance process.
