Cedar Management Group focuses on supporting our community managers with a staff of over 250 people. Our staff members are extensively trained to fulfill daily operational duties, so that our managers can respond quickly and effectively to their board members. Our operations teams include support, pool, clubhouse, gate, closings, maintenance, violations, accounting, letal, and collections. These departments work cohesively to provide excellent customer service for our homeowners, so that managers can focus on truly managing their communities.

We own and control our software systems, bringing ultimate flexibility and customization to our communities. Financial arrangements and coding can be tailored to fit your needs and budget. Violation stages, timelines, and letters are adjusted for each association and violation. Our customization options are extensive for our board members, homeowners, and clients.

Financial Reporting

All homeowner payments and vendor checks are processed internally for ultimate accuracy and efficiency. We provide associations with complete financial reports each month, which include bank statements and copies of all invoices. Cedar Management Group has unique processes for violations, collections, and ARC requests.  New communities notice a drastic reduction in homeowner delinquencies and violations.  Our methods are proven to improve the appearance of our communities and lower the number and amount of unpaid assessments.

Transparency

We strive to be completely transparent in our communications and reporting to board members. Board members receive violation reports following each inspection. These reports include date and time stamps as well as the stages and photos of each violation. Financial reports include a breakdown of all charges, as well as bank statements and invoices. Communication Logs are provided at least monthly, and include transcripts of all phone calls, letters, emails, and chats with homeowners. We also record all incoming phone calls to our company, for quality assurance and internal monitoring.s.

People

We are one of only 25 companies in our service area with the Accredited Association Management Company designation, which emphasizes training and education for our staff and board members. We provide ongoing continuing education and new credentialing opportunities for all staff members. Webinars and board member orientations are provided on at least a quarterly basis to all of our volunteer board members. We are held to a higher standard than other companies in the industry to maintain our AAMC designation.
