President | Managing Partner
Paul is the President and Managing Partner of Cedar Management Group. He has a BSBA in Production and Operations Management, and is also a designated CMCA, AMS, and PCAM. Prior to opening Cedar, Paul held management positions in the marketing and advertising fields where he oversaw large portions of the marketing budgets for many Fortune 500 companies as well as many smaller regional clients. Paul provides the operational and financial guidance to our firm as well as being intimately involved in several of our large scale clients. In his free time he enjoys traveling with his wife and their dog, playing golf and has even been known to jump out of a perfectly good airplane at 15,000 feet.
Madeleine Logan CMCA | AMS
Vice President of Operations
Madeleine is the Vice President of Financial Management and Community Support for Cedar Management Group. Her educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with a focus in Accounting. Her past work history includes internship with Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Over the past 25 years, Madeleine has worked in various fields of accounting ranging in food and beverage, retail, hotel, airline, and construction. She is a member of the Association of Public Accountants and a Certified Loan Processor for the FHA. Past job experience includes being a District Manager for a large restaurant chain, Controller for a food and beverage company, and a Credit Manager for the Hilton Brands. She ensures clarity and proper reporting of all financial information and, oversees the daily operations of the Customer Service, Maintenance, and Accounting Departments. In her spare time, Madeleine enjoys planning weekly events for her family, reading, and takes part in AWANA.
Errol Thomas CMCA | AMS
Senior Director of Community Management
Errol is the Director of Community Management at Cedar Management Group. He attended Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida. He studied Business Administration and Accounting before pursuing a Professional Baseball career. Errol moved back home to Delray Beach, Florida in 2000 and began his career in Community Association Management. He was a Licensed Community Association Manager in Florida for 10 years. He relocated to North Carolina to continue to “serve” in Ministry at New Beginning Christian Center in Gastonia, North Carolina. Errol is primarily responsible for supporting, directing, and providing efficient and timely communication to the Association’s Board of Director’s needs and requests. In his spare time Errol enjoys attending sporting events, playing golf, tennis, reading, and most importantly spending time with his son, Joshua Thomas.
Kris Milstead CMCA | AMS
Director of Community Management
Kris Milstead is a Director of Community Management with Cedar Management Group. She has been in the community management industry since 1998. Kris has been a part of the Cedar Family for eight years. Prior to working in the community management industry, she worked for ten years managing multiple apartment communities. Kris currently holds her CMCA, AMS designation with the Community Association Institute and continues to further her education through their workshops that are offered. Previously held designations are the CAM and North Carolina Real Estate License. Kris is a graduate of Myers Park High School in Charlotte. After attending Appalachian State University for several years she finished her education at Kings College.
