Statements will be sent within twenty four business hours of receipt.

Balance Dispute: If you are disputing a beginning balance on your account, these are the necessary documents we will normally need to see:

  1. HUD Statement of when you purchased your home.
  2. Payments made to the HOA since your purchase.

If your statement is missing a payment you made more than 2 weeks ago, please send us a copy of your bank statement and a copy of the cashed check(s). We will track down the error within 72 business hours and your account will be updated.
